MANTRA YOGA

|| Om Guru Om ||

Mantra is a Sanskrit word derived from the syllables: Man: Mind    Tra: To liberate.

It means liberation of the mind.

It is a sacred invocation, a living word that protects, purifies, and transforms.

When a mantra is bestowed by an enlightened Master, it carries the power of that Master's realization. It is like receiving a seed that has already blossomed in other hearts, ready to germinate within our own.

On the path of Mantra Yoga, there are three ways to practice:

  • Baikhari: chanting aloud to clear the mind and prepare the ground.
  • Upanshu: chanting softly, like an intimate whisper between you and the Divine.
  • Manasic: repeating the mantra silently within, like a river flowing without sound.

Each form has its own beauty, and all lead us to the same destination: inner peace, expansion of consciousness, and union with the Sacred.

|| Om Namah Shivaya ||

It is a living mantra, a Chaitanya Mantra, bestowed by the Guru upon the disciple, the mantra through which extraordinary beings have attained perfection.

By chanting this mantra, the five elements of the body, which also exist in the universe, are purified. Each syllable corresponds to an element.

OM – Primordial Sound

Na – Earth Element

Ma – Water Element

Shi – Fire Element

Va – Air Element

Ya – Ether Element

It means: «I bow before my Higher Self»

|| Om Namah Shivaya ||

It is the way God manifests through the Name.

The Guru is present and alive within the mantra.

Repeating the mantra with devotion increases our love for Sadhana and for the Guru.

It grants us the experience of the Divine. We must take the mantra as the perceptible form of God and repeat it with faith and complete sincerity.

The mantra has the power to protect the one who repeats it and is a blessed gift from a perfected Master.

The mantra is the vehicle of Shakti, the feminine energy of Divinity, and of the Guru's Grace, which enters your heart.

|| Aum Shree Gurubhyo Namah ||

It is a seed mantra, a mantra of Light.

– Aum, the Primordial Sound, the masculine principle.

– Shree, Most Holy, pristine, pure, abundant, Lakshmi, the feminine principle.

– Gurubhyo, that which removes darkness, that which illuminates.

– Namah, in the name of

It means  “I bow before the Name of That, the Most Holy Sound of Light that removes darkness and brings illumination.”

Mantras such as || Om namah Shivaya || o || Aum Shree Gurubhyo Namah ||are not merely words. They are keys that open invisible doors. They are vibrational chants that remind us that we are Light, that we are part of the Whole, and that darkness can dissolve through a single vibration of Love.

This knowledge cannot be learned through the mind alone.

It is lived. It is breathed. It is chanted. It is honored.
